WEBSITE INFORMATION PRACTICES
Privacy, explained plainly.
This notice describes the website as implemented. Phone, text, and any later service arrangements may involve information handled outside this website.
Your quote message
The message builder runs in your browser. Entered details are held in the page’s memory and are not submitted to a website form endpoint, stored in browser storage, or sent to an analytics service by this implementation.
Choosing “Open in Messages” passes the draft to your device’s messaging application. You decide whether to send it. Choosing “Copy message” copies the draft to your clipboard when your browser allows it.
Phone and SMS conversations
Calls and texts use your telephone or messaging provider. Information you choose to share in a conversation is outside the local message builder. Ask the business about handling and retention before sharing sensitive documents. Do not put security codes, identification numbers, or document images into an initial quote request.
Website delivery
Fonts are served by this website. The interactive map requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap when its section is approached. The tile provider receives the network information needed to deliver those tiles, which may include your IP address, browser details, and the referring site. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy. Location access is optional and requested only when you choose “Show my location.” Coordinates are used in the current browser session to position the map and are not submitted to our team. Viewing the resulting map still requests tiles for that area. Map markers are demonstrations, not live technician tracking.
Anonymous website measurement
We record page views, phone and text link clicks, quote-page clicks, and message preparation or copy actions through a first-party website endpoint. Each event contains an approved page path, broad traffic category, event type, and page placement. It does not contain your message, form answers, phone number, precise location, full referring URL, advertising click ID, or a persistent visitor identifier. No advertising pixel or analytics cookie is set by this implementation. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable these events.
Events are written to hosting runtime logs for aggregate review. Hosting providers also process ordinary network and security logs, which may contain IP addresses. Log access and retention depend on the selected hosting account; this website does not publish a visitor database or public analytics dashboard. Clicking a contact link is not proof of a completed conversation, booking, or payment.
Work photos and administrator access
The private photo manager is for authorized business administrators, not customer quote submissions. Administrators confirm permission before uploading a work image and choose separately whether to publish it. Draft images remain in private storage. Uploaded images are re-encoded to remove embedded metadata; administrators must remove identifying and security-sensitive details from the visible image before upload. Published images and their descriptions appear publicly on the website.
The management access key is sent in an authorization header and held only in the current tab’s memory. It is not stored in a cookie, browser storage, or a public URL. The private manager is excluded from contact-event measurement and public search indexing.
